Setting up your emails

Now that you've created your first e-mail account at Umbler, learn how to access it to check your messages. You can set it up on your desktop mail client, smartphone/tablet or access it through our webmail.

Settings
IMAP: imap.umbler.com - SSL off, port: 143 & with SSL, port: 993
POP3: pop.umbler.com - SSL off, port: 110 & with SSL, port: 995
SMTP: smtp.umbler.com - port: 587 Require Authentication: Yes & no SSL/TLS.
The POP3 protocol was designed in a way that it´s only functionality is to download all the messages in the inbox, it does not sync messages from the client to the server, so folders like Sent Items won´t be pushed to the server. Depending on your e-mail client configuration, it may also erase all your inbox messages in the server, keeping just a local copy of the downloaded messages.
